Motorcycle parts that make a substantial difference in motorcycle performance are the balancing systems used on the tires. An unbalanced tire will cause poor fuel economy, wear out more quickly and vibrate – a dangerous situation for a motorcyclist. Traditional balancing weights can only be used once, and the wheels they are used on are only balanced when new unless you have the balance adjusted several times due to wear.

At Chrome World, we offer Counteract tire balancing beads that will meet your tire balancing needs while offering you easy installation, a cleaner look, improved fuel mileage and higher performance over traditional balancing methods. Made of 99.9% tempered glass with a Teflon coating, our beads aren’t affected by moisture and will never clump. Unlike other balancing beads, ours offer their benefits at any speed. Counteract balancing beads are able to position themselves for optimal balancing and remain in place, even if the wheels are left stationary for up to two weeks.  If left longer, you only need to bring the bike up to speed for the wheel to re-position the beads.  Installation is a simple process that can be performed during or after the tire is mounted to the wheel. Before the tire is mounted, the required number of beads can be poured into it, and the tire can be mounted as normal. After, an injector pump is used for wheel-on installation, making it fast and easy. To uninstall the beads for use in another tire, simple strike the tread area with a hammer, freeing the beads.

Many owners view their motorcycles as not only a form of transportation, but also a work of art and an expression of themselves. Wheel weights detract from this beauty, but our balancing beads help maintain a pristine wheel surface while offering superior performance. Because the beads adjust to the wear of the tire, the tire is always balanced.  This helps prevent premature wear, cupping and vibration, and contributes to increased fuel efficiency and better handling.
